Cuidar su salud, la de su familia y su comunidad.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">2. Cumplir de manera responsable con las recomendaciones de los profesionales de salud que los atiendan.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">3. Actuar de manera solidaria ante las situaciones que pongan en peligro la vida o la salud de las personas.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">4. Respetar al personal de salud y cuidar las instalaciones donde le presten dichos servicios.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">5. Cumplir las normas y actuar de buena fe, frente al sistema de salud.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">6. Acceder a los servicios, sin que le impongan tramites administrativo adicionales a los de ley.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">2. Qu\u00e9 le autoricen y presten los servicios incluidos en el Plan Obligatorio de Salud de manera oportuna.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">3. Qu\u00e9 en caso de urgencia, sea atendido de manera inmediata.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">4. Qu\u00e9 atiendan con prioridad mujeres embarazadas, menores de 18 a\u00f1os, usuarios de la tercera edad y personas en condici\u00f3n de discapacidad.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">5. Ser orientado respecto a la entidad que debe prestarle los servicios de salud requeridos.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">6. Qu\u00e9 le informen d\u00f3nde y c\u00f3mo pueden presentar quejas o reclamos sobre la atenci\u00f3n en salud prestada.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">7. Recibir un trato digno sin discriminaci\u00f3n alguna.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">8. Recibir los servicios de salud en condiciones de higiene, seguridad y respeto a su intimidad.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">9. Recibir durante todo el proceso de la enfermedad, la mejor asistencia m\u00e9dica disponible.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">10. Recibir servicios continuos, sin interrupci\u00f3n y de manera integral.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">11. Obtener informaci\u00f3n clara y oportuna de su estado de salud, de los servicios que vaya a recibir y los riesgos del tratamiento.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">12. Qu\u00e9 se mantenga estricta confidencialidad sobre su informaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">13. Qu\u00e9 usted o la persona que lo represente acepte o rechace cualquier tratamiento y que su opini\u00f3n sea tenida en cuenta y respetada.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">14. Qu\u00e9 se respete su condici\u00f3n de paciente, independiente de sexo, edad, creencias, valores, religi\u00f3n, grupo \u00e9tnico, preferencias sexuales o condici\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">15. Recibir una atenci\u00f3n integral e integrada y humanizada por todo el personal que labora en la E.S.E.
